All I can say is "Stupid Sadha" What was the need to tell Vasu? Some people stay don't learn from their mistakes and deserve to suffer.
Also, why can't she share Mami's illness with Ranvir, Ragini, Vinu. They will know one day when she has to go for surgery. And she very well should know from her past mistakes she won't be appreciated for hiding it and she shouldn't be either. Rest of the family has full rights of know about Kaushi.

Sometimes people keep secrets to protect those they love and try to solve the issue themselves. No point in saying Sadhna is stupid she just wants to do right by everyone but going the wrong way. Her heart is in the right place. True nobody will appreaciate her efforts but this is how you make a serial last longer with daft storylines.
