I think the words that are used casually are 'sorry' and 'thanku'.....I don't think that most of the time people really are sorry or feel thankful but say these just because they are supposed to see it........when the kids are young parents always teach them to say sorry or thanku as part of good manners without actually making them feel those words......but u know sorry can't make a dead man alive😆
