Toshi-Sharib receives 3 award nominations today

The Stardust Film Awards this year were given today. And Toshi got 1 nomination for singing the song Maahi Ve in the male playback singer category. Toshi-Sharib got 2 more nominations in the Music Director category for Raaz 2 and Jashn. Though they received the highest nomination in the music director category but they did not win. But still I am happy with three award nomination in their first year itself in the industry. Congratulations Toshi and Sharib. 👏

If somebody remembers Mauli Dave of Saregama (from US) she also received a nomination in the female singer category. Congrats to her too. 👏

Congrats Sharib and Toshi. Be humble and let the success come to you. You are very talented duo, who has taken the music a step ahead with 2 beautiful compositions and hatke. It is really big achievement to get 3 nominations. They gave music for 2 movies(without sharing with other MD) and got nominations for both, it is really a big achievement.

I was watching the award show live on TV. There were two nominations for Toshi-Sharib in the first category .. one for Jashn and one for Raaz 2... rest all are correct... Toshi-Sharib got two nominations in that category like Mohit got two nominations in the third category.

It is two nominations for Toshi and Sharib there.

Yes it is a great achievement but just wanted to correct one thing. They worked as music director in three movies and not two. They also composed all the songs of Jail. They even wrote some of the songs of Jail in addition to giving music and singing. Example is the song Sajna Ve itself which they wrote all the lyrics.
