Vinit and Debojit face the music from four directors

As the run-up to the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa finale gathers momentum, the competition not only narrows down but also gets tougher for the two finalists this Thursday. Now, they will have to step out of their mentor's wings and contend with the presence of four guest composers – Vishal-Shekhar, Sandesh Shandilya, Pritam and Shantanu Moitra. These four judges will give the finalists songs of their choice and then evaluate them according to their performance on the show.
"On Thursday the 'mento-meter' (by which the mentors give marks to the candidates) will pass out of our resident-judges' hands into the hands of four completely unfamiliar and objective music directors," informs the show's director Gajendra Singh.
Reshammiya and Durbar will have to be mere spectators. "The point is to increase and toughen the competition for the two boys. So far they've been under their mentors' wings," says Singh.
Bhomika Chawla will add the glamour quotient when she joins these four judges this Thursday.

Love Story's Vijayta Pandit is back

Actress Vijayta Pandit who made her debut with the superhit film Love Story is back and this time, as a singer. She has sung a song titled Dulhan Dulhan for Kalpana Lajmi's Chingaari. Originally it was sung by Alka Yagnik. However, Kalpana wanted to retain the version sung by Pandit.
Alka Yagnik has no problem with that since Vijayta is a good friend of hers. Very few people are aware that Vijayta had sung the hit Pehla Nasha from Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar along with Udit Narayan. Co-incidentally, many of Vijayta's songs have been dubbed by Alka Yagnik or Sadhana Sargam. And this time, it's the other way round.

Isn't Vijayeta Pandit the wife of Aadesh Shrivastava and I think she is also sister of Shulkshana Pandit who was an actress and singer.

Shan was in the chair of the Judge and asked Vinit to sing a song which is HR composition and sung by Shan himslef.

star-judges Kunal Ganjawala, Shreya Ghosal and Sunidhi Chauhan..... on thursday... The other highlights include star guest Sunidhi Chauhan who will be singing with the two finalists Debojit and Vinit for Anu Malik's 'Ding dong'.

Vishal-Shekhar stayed away from the guest-composers' ...the Friday episode, hosted by Shaan and veejay Sophia (who joins in as guest anchor)

And after shann gave vinit 9/10, HR started commenting that it is not fair, as though it was shaan who sang the original song HR tried to assert that it was only he who himself can judge as he was the music director. Shaan tried to defend but he later he didnot argue much.

HR is right only he can judge being the music director of the song himself........


Because only he will able to comprehend what he directs..it is out of logic for others 😃

Show is music director's special on thursday because both vinit and debo will have to accept the challenges of each of the three music directors.Each of them would give the final 2, one of their own compositions.
