Veteran actor Nadira no more

Veteran actor Nadira, who shot to limelight with films like 'Aan', 'Shree 420', 'Dil Apna Preet Parayee' and later 'Julie' is no more. She was 73.

Her condition had been deteriorating since the beginning of 2006 when she was hit by a paralytic stroke. She had been in coma while suffering from many other complications.

A Mumbai resident, her funeral would be held today evening.
