Sonam Kapoor was welcomed to Queenstown in New Zealand with a traditional Maori greeting Hongi done by pressing of noses thus sharing the breath of life.

The actress is in NZ for the shooting of Puneet Malhotra's I Hate Love Storys. Anil Kapoor's daughter has also done a photoshoot with L'Officiel on location in Queenstown.

"It is one of the most beautiful places I have visited. The landscape is spectacular and very diverse.

We drive short distances and the scenery changes from steep mountains, lakes to green fields and river canyons. The people are warm. And I love the food!"

nw this is wat u call raining news of sonam hahah . had quite a bad patch for quite sometime n now some fake and some true.. kuch toh news sunne ko mil raha hai :P

Well I was being Saracastic! noone does it nowadays! especially since you don't see Maori people around, you see more whites!

But if you come to Auckland! you'll feel like ur in India! cos Auckland is filled with Indians! Soo theres no chance of touch noses there! 😆
