Or is it just me?.....😕
Lol i have nothing more to add - maybe if i read a few responses, i can sort it all out in my head. What happened today was very different from what i had imagined. Articles made it seem like Shashank was the evil one....but in reality, that's not what it really was...

yah i agree with you..i think he was stuck in the middle..and it wasn't his fault..i understand that riddhima was incredibly hurt..bt what she said at the end was so harsh..a father doesnt have to be blood related to love you....I felt sooo bad when he started crying...I thought about my father and no matter what he may do I could never bare to see tears in his eyes everr....I know he should have told riddhima about armaan..bt then again armaan made him promise not to say anything...so it really wasnt his fault.

OMG! You know what, Shazu? I just posted this in the Oasis...
"Oh my gosh...Just watched the episode in super-fast-forward...
I feel SO bad for Shashank right now! I feel absolutely awful!!! I'm regretting watching the episode now. My heart broke for Shashank...It always does, whenever he has to face these sorts of problems. Why does this ALWAYS happen to him?!
And now that his darling daughter has torn his heart to pieces...He is more alone than ever...This would have been the perfect time for the other one to come back and console him..."

Yup I definitely do. The intentions n the feelings behing what he did were totally of a father...and not to forget that it was Armaan's decision to leave..he did what he thought was best for his little girl and to protect her from future pain.....

Bornaaaa!😳 hellooo helooo missy! How're you doing and what have you been up to child!😃
I know! Why does he always have to face all this!?
I was SO ready to be completely on Ridz side after all the articles - they made it seem as if Shashank made Armaan leave so that Ridz could live the rest of her life in peace...BUT NOTHING of that sort happened!!! HE didn't make Armaan leave, Armaan CHOSE to leave for Ridz's sake (bless Armaan, he really is a sweetheart for loving her so so much). Shashank didn't lie to Ridz WILLINGLY, Armaan made him PROMISE not to tell Ridz. And despite KNOWING all of this, Ridz made it seem like this was all Shashank's fault!?.....He was fulfilling his role as a father-in-law and father - it's not like he could just cast his promise he made to Armaan aside the minute he left and tell Ridz the truth😕 If you look at his position, he's stuck in both directions....😕 It was nobody's fault in this, the circumstances were just too complicated...yet he ended up getting all the blame

To this day, i've always ALWAYS felt horrible for Ridz after what happened - especially when we found out that there was some "raaz" Shashank was hiding from her about Armaan's reason for leaving......but NOW, i feel just as bad for Shashank! Ridz lost her lover but is going to go get him back. Shashank lost his daughter today...and to him, it seems like he'll never get her back....
