Manav , he has made up hs mind as to what he has to do and now he is much more at ease than the others .

ok so poll masterji I think Archu is most composed... She has lot of patience when its for herself... SHe get wild when its comes for Manav.. SO I would say Archu..

Most composed in the whole show is definitely Manav. He controls his emotions always, whether happy, sad, angry, frustrated whatever. (except in very extreme conditions) He knows he has to do it to be strong for his family and not lose his cool in extreme situations as well. There is a tornado in his mind and heart but he still he stays cool and calm.

Manav fr sure .. as Niki said, he knws wl how to control himslf evn during toungh nd extrem condition .. right now, he's living a battle between his dil nd dimaag .. however he's still calm nd dnt show his anger nor feelings o anyone else ..

Hmm, I think that Manav, Kaka, and Vaishali are generally quite composed. Of those three I would pick Manav though, as he's been through more than the other two but still manages himself well. After Archana left him he would really break down in private and was quite depressed, but put on a rather normal exterior infront of others. The only time, aside from the whole jail scenario, he gets really mad is when he sees Ajit or the dalal, those two just make his blood boil (and I'd imagine that it would be the same for anyone else who messes with Archana).

Archana too is generally composed, but her emotions get the best of her at times, especially when it comes to Manav. Her constant breaking down is understandable though when you look at her terrible situation.
