So to end this story here...the best bahu award goes to Shilpa bhabhi....
Reasons:
(1) She is a doctor but still has no western influence (she wears saree and looks good)
(2) She makes a point across very clearly...and many times everyone agrees to her
(3) She never supports what she thinks is wrong..let it be Gudia's entry, Hemal's affairs etc
(4) She has lived in London but still is veg and is against bring eggs at home..she makes homemade breads...in short she keep the home rules intact....whereas Leela and Praveena had broken that rule earlier. Forget Gudia she breaks the rule intentionally.
(5) She has never spoken to elder/kids rudely. (possibly everyone except Hemal and Meenkashi has spoken rudely including Harshad)
(6) Her character is a like an ideal bahu...

i agree wid u that shilpa is best bahu in the thakkar family but i disagree wid ur point abt sarees i think u can be good bahu even if u wear micro minis acc to me a good bahu is one who wud treat her in laws wid same amount respect as she wud show to her parents and doesnot try to create distance b/w her husband and his family i dont think that a meek submissive person is a good daughter in law if she thinks that some thing is wrong or can be done in better way then she shud def speak up and try to reason it out wid her in laws without being rude

In fact Subodh has been sincere and gentle all the time except recent time when he broke that record...he said to Baa she's mentally ill...

Harshad bhai have fought against Baa in past...not literally fought but he really had a good stance...He actually never fought for himself..he fought for kids...whenever there was a issue Baa have decided not to take part in the event (like festivals, or birthdays) so everyone learns a lesson...But then Harshad bhai used to argue that it is their mistake...they have all admitted but why should kids suffer and not celebrate the festivals..

Leela bhabhi actually never have stood against Baa literally, but with Praveena she used to play tricks...but I would not say...that Leela bhabhi was like Gudia....zameen aasman ka farakh hay..

In short, Harshad bhai and Leela bhabhi can be barred from that list...they have nearly always been very good.. in character..it would say exceptional..even Subodh but his had a recent downer..but I still like him..

i can't remember when subodh said that. is that the time when baa faked her health issue & they found out & were joking with her? if so it shouldn't count, it was wrong but still, he wasn't serious.

No my friend....this event happened just few episodes before...when Subodh said to Baa that she is having shakh karnay ki beemari..

@ jayved first of all taiji😉 (u called me tau first) iam not quoting ur text here as u made such an issue wen i did that last time i was just giving my viewpoint on your post and for that if i quoted ur text i done think u shud have a prob with that and plz do relax a bit iam not targetting ur post as i dont think i said anything derogatory abt u or ur post maybe we both belong to diff generations thats y i felt ur opinion abt a good bahu was archaic and very old fashioned so i just gave my opinion by quoting ur text ( but without critcising your post ) to bring out the difference and if u dont want other ppl to quote ur posts then plz mention this in ur posts i hope this explanation will cool u down😆😆
