When the show started with the new Interns out of the 7 previous interns only Nikki was shown as a senior Doctor...
Just Imagine if Anjali was still there in Sanjeevani,instead of being in Delhi(I guess thats what Atul said to Nikki during the diwali celebrations right???)
dont you think she would have been Keerthi Number 2 for sure....Keeping her personality and character Trait In mind...i am sure she would
look and be more powerful and authoritative than any other Doctors...
