no episode dec 30/31 in USA

I see some video link for dec 30 and 31 here, but there were no episode in USA these days. Can anybody answer what kind of episodes are they and why can't we see them?

Here is a New update for the US folks just now that I saw -

The audition special episodes will be aired in the US from Jan 3rd - Jan 7th at 8pm ET & PT (ie. #3 above).
