Hi guys........ Am having a problem in my mobile.....

When someone is calling me they are unable to hear my voice whereas i can hear them clearly....

Even when am recording a video the sound is not recorded.......

Does anyone knows whats the exact problem and what is teh possible solution????

It sounds like there is probably some sort of problem with your microphone... either it is malfunctioning or doesn't work at all... you could try to get it replaced or looked at by a professional... maybe it is still under the manufacture's warranty?
