Recap of season 1's last episode's given.

They're walking along the beach and Naomi says how she's enjoying dating an older guy, since he's so brilliant. Adrianna interrupts her and goes "old?" but Naomi ignores her. She says that he reads .. oh, no shit! he does?!? A bellhopper or whatever comes upto them with a delivery (scripts for a play or something) for Adrianna. Naomi asks Ad whether she tols her mom she doesn't want to act, and Ad answers that her mom thinks she'll "cave in" but Ad says she's done with acting and drama and drugs. She says she wants to be a normal teen. They make an ice-cream cheer to being teens. They pass by some mother who says if it were upto her teens wouldn't be allowed in clubs without parental supervision. Naomi says if it were upto her 50 year olds wouldn't be allowed to wear sleeveless. Ohhhhhhhhh, ROASTED AND TOASTED, LADY.

The girls strip into their swimming wear and dive in the pool. Ad sees a mother playign with her baby and gets updet. The girls ask if she's okay and she says "I guess I can't just snap my fingers and become a normal teenager." You know, I've always liked her best .. She says she's glad Navid's in no hurry to get laid.

Then we see Navid and Dixon in his car where Nav says "I'm so getting laid" Dix laughs and says he thought Ad wasn't ready. Navid, the boy's in denial .. she doesnt want to do it with you!, says that they had a phone convo last night and she said that she knows it won't affect their relationship. Dix then asks "And then she says she's ready right?" Navod said she didn't have to and they're ready to go. No, no, no! Stupid. Well he says he wants something special and Dixon advices to check out a cabana at his beach club and set it with candles and flowers with sexy music. Then they run off to surf while Nav yells, "I am so getting laidd!!!!" Funny kid.

The girls are tanning and Silver says Ethan messed her up and she can't tell wheat she wants anymore. Naomi says she doesn't know why Silver's still stuck on high school boys and they know nothign about hen silver interuppts ehr and goes "books!" Haha, Silver's a funny girl. I'm not being sarcastic like I was for Navid. naomi continues and goes "For one thing, how to pleasure a woman" and mentions Jason's "man-hands" and how she can't wait till they're all over her.. alright Naomi, let's stayin control now. silver syas those are the thoughts that you keep inside of you. Naomi ends up comparing Jason's hands with Liam's "big and needy hands" .. seriously Naomi, hun just stop. Ad and sil get creeped out and Ad asks what Liam is upto. AHHH OH MY GOD I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE HIMMMMMM. Naomi makes a face and Silver says she heard he moved back to Long Island. shut up silver. Naomi says he's probably "tormenting some hair-sprayed chick with french manicured toe-nails as we speak." She says she's glad she's over him but then keeps talkign about him and Sil points out that she didn't find her in bed, just her wrap and that's not evidence. Naomi denies it and says she knew it was her and she's a skank and needs to be punished. hunny if she's a skank I don't know what you are .. a @%^@**? And I actually like Naomi!

So now we see Annie in her room on her laptop when her mom knocks. Annie shuts her laptop and her mom asks to go for a walk and see the neighborhood. Annie refuses and her mom asks what's wrong. Annie goes "Other than the fact you for some reaon will not leave my room?" Some sad music plays and her dissapointed mom leaves. Annie opens her laptop and she's looking up "hit and run." remember she hit somrething at the end of the last season? yea, it was a mannnnnn.

The girls are tanning and when they turn naomi says she saw Jason. "Mr man hands?" - silver. Naomi says they have to meet him. i'm sure they're just as excited to meet him. Then they see two little kids run upto Jason saying "Daddy's here" and a woman kissing him. that woman is the same one that Naomi told off, no sorry, ROASTED. Naomi's bewildered.

Next scene is Silver and Nomi walking to the tennis courts in the tennis clothes. Naomi says this is her way of getting over Jason. She peeks in the gates and sees a hot guy playing and tells Silv to act natural. like you're the most natural person there .. peeking at hot guys through gates .. haha reminds me of what me and my bff did last yearrr (: Naomi and Silver start playign with the objective of gettign the ball in the hot guy's court. oh smaaaaaaaaaaaaart. Naomi hits is to him and yells "OH MY GOD i'm so sorry" They guy runs upto her and asks about her pink tennis balls. She says she's possesive over her balls. oh we know. The guy says he likes the way she handles balls and Silver goes "Gosh, when you're saying that it almost sounds sexual" hahah, straight to the point. Naomi laughs it off. The guy asks if they go to school around there and Silver says "do we look like we're in high school" while Silver says "Yea West Beverly" They give eachother looks and the guy says he's starting in a few months. OHHH NOW I JUST REALIZED HE'S TEDDY HAHA. Adrianna comes upto them and goes "Teddy?!" They hug eachother and N and S are like WTF? Adrianna goes he was her old boyfriend from summer camp. Ummm, Ad went to summer camp? Naomi's literally boiling haha.

Annie and her family are having a barbeque annie's looking prettttyyy for the first timeee. Her dad said she has to deal with everything and Annie gets an email to which she runs to her room. She opend up her laptop and it says "Victim of hit and run dies in hospital." She runs outside to where Dixon's already in the car .. how conveniant? I guess he was going somewhere. She tells him to drive anywhere she just needs to talk to him. Dix drives off.

Scene shifts to the beach again and the girls are walking .. I swear they had a slow mo for about a second there with the hair flying .. BOLLYWOOOOD OH NO.

Naomi says she can't date Teddy because Ad did but Ad says she can have him. They see Jason ahead of them who looks extra old btw. Silver gets a text from Ethan. Damn the guy won't leave her alone even when he moved..

Dixon parks someplace and asks Annie what's going on. Annie tells him she did something really bad and Dixon thinks she slept with Liam and says she should apoligize to Naomi and he won't judge her. Annie's still like huhhhhhhh. She asks "That's what you think?" And he says he thinks she has a problem in apoligizing and Annie tells him to screw off. He tells her the same back and they drive back.

Navis goes to sign up for the cabana but the guy tells him he has to be over 18 or needs a parent signature. Navid goes riiiiiiiiiiight. He leaves.

Dixon arrives at the party and Annie says she's not going and he can't just leave her. He says the world doesn't revolve around her and locks the car.

Jason tries talking to Naomi and she says he's married but he says he never felt anything like he did when they met in Barney and he knows her and she knows him. Naomi of course gets smittened. She sees Annie and goes out and tells her to go. Annie says she'll be gone and she didn't have sex with Liam. Naomi tells her to stay out of her life. Jason comes out again, what a creeper man, and Naomi says he doesn't know her. She tells him she might be a lot of things but she's not a cheating skank. WOOHOO.

Dixon and Navid are at that cabana thing again. Dixon coughs and the guy gives him water while Navid steals the keys. They leave haha. Navid catches up with Adrianna who introduces him to Teddy. Navid hets jealous.

Dixon's with Silver and it's really awkward. They walk on the beach and agree they need to talk. Dixon says if she wants to be together and Silver jsut suddenly kisses him.

Annie leaves Dixon a messgae for him to give her the keys so she can atleast sit and wait in the car. A random senior pops up and sits with her. He says she's the principle's daughter and the one who called the cops. She says she doesn't feel like talking and he offers her a drink.

Everyone's dancing and grinding at the party. I like the song playing .. ewww its a grindind song and i don't even like those typess why am i liking this onee? not that you care, sorry! Silver walks off and Teddy follows her .. I knew he had a crush on her!! or maybe he doesn't .. but he sure is paying lots of attention to her .. He says he found her cellphone and read's Eathan's text: I'm staying in Montana .. the worst part is leaving you .. yadda yadda, I'm still thinking about that kiss." Silver walks off with her phone.

Navid and Adrianna are making out and Navid suggests maybe they should go somewhere private and Adrianna the opposite. Adrianna says it's a big change and she still wants to wait. That sex brings drama and she wants to get away from it. Navid says fine, he'll just be no sex Navid. He's pretty upset but says he's not mad at Ad. I liked Navid, I really did .. but he's getting on my nerves. YOU WON'T EFFIN GET LAID, KAY?

The senior guy brings a very drunken Annie to the cabana and they go in and start making out. bas***d guy .. taking advantage like that, hmph. I actually feel bad for Annie. He starts to unbutton her shirt and she says "No, Mark" but he keeps kissing her. They laugh and he opens her shirt. Scene changes!

Dixon meets up with Teddy and asks about Silver. He says she's probably off texting some dude Ethan. seeee, never talk about people you a**! dixon walks off and Aid comes to talk to Teddy when their song plays and they start dancing. Navid is watching from a distance when Naomi comes and snatches the beer or some sort of alcohol. Naomi says she would bang him if Aid hadn't. Navid asks her about it and Naomi says they banged way back like 3 years ago. He was her first, actually. okay Navid's getting jealous now .. I'm not liking him right nowww! He says you never forget your firsts.

Silver's out talking to a few friends when Dixon accuses her of crying on Ethan's shoulder, text shoulder, that is, and that they're over.

Aid and Teddy come to the bonfire thingy where Naomi and Navid were. The lady, remember the one that Naomi TOTALLY ROASTED.? She startes accusing Naomi of something and then says her cabana .. Naomi's relieved and the lady says someone trashed her cabana and one of them did it. The lady's holding up Navid's sex-jam CD and says she'll shut the music off until someone admitts it's theirs. Navid gets up to admitt that he did it when Teddy gets up and says it's his father's. the lady says it's okay then because his father's an actor.

Silver comes and tells Teddy he just ruined her whole life. Naomi and Aid go after her. They sit and console her.. She says she's confused and says she wasn't dissapointed when Ethan moved across the country and it was clear and she didn't like him. She said she imagined if Dixon moved across the country and she wouldn't be able to breathe. awww, ixon should listen to her atleasttttt. Poor silver.

School started and Naomi and Aid are walking wondering is Silver's okay and where she was. They see her ahead and hug and blah blahh. Silver syas she's okay and she's gonna get him back.

Other side, in the car, Dixon tells Navid that he's over Silver and he's officially single.

The girls are walking in the halls and Naomi's talking about one guy and another and another and Silver says to slow down and asks why she's so desperate. oh my God Naomi's awesome in this scene. She says if she doesn't have anything to focus on he mind goes right back to Liam. awww, AND NOW MY INSTINCTS ARE TELLING ME LIAMS NEARRRRRRRRRRRR.

OH THERE HE IS!! SPOTTED BY AID. Naomi turns around and sees him. OH MY GOOOOOOODNESSSS HOTTTIEEEE! HE'S LIKE LEANING AGAINST THE WALLS AND OH MY GOODDDDDD HE LOOKS AMAZING. He starts walking to her and says he needs to talk to her. She looks at him like she can't stand it and runs off. Liam looks disappointed.

He doesn't really talk to Annie when she tries to talk to him. Naomi clashes into Annie and Annie walks away. The senior guy SORRY I FORGET HIS NAME is talking to his friends when they say I bet Naomi would like to see that and Naomi snatches the phone and sees the picture. I guess she emails it to herself? Then Silv and Aid meet up with her and Naomi says she has a feeling this'll be their year. Oh yayyy, you're gonna send that pic to everyone right? you're cool.

So please don't say anything about the next episode here, I haven't watched it yet! But lemme know what you thoughta the updateeeee and if I should stop with my side comments.

1. Adriana's into Teddy, whether or not she wants to be. Yes, she's fantasizing about those tennis arms wrapped around her, which simply makes for hotter dreams than thinking about the unconditional love and emotional support Navid gives her. Sex really does ruin everything, doesn't it? Worse still, she chose her acting career over Navid, going to an audition for a pilot — which she got — despite his pleas that she keep herself sane and out of showbiz. The upside? Adriana felt so close to him (translation: totally guilty about her feelings for Teddy and going back to acting) that she finally decided to relieve him of his virginity. Yay, Navid?

2. Navid's now footing the bill for Dixon's love life. As if his girlfriend's wandering fantasy life weren't bad enough, Navid has also been spending his credit and emotional capital on Dixon's dalliance with hot older deejay Sasha: Dixon was getting couples' massages courtesy of Navid's credit card and was still zipping around in Navid's po*n king dad's Lambo while Navid was stuck covering for him at school and with dad Principal Wilson. The good news: Dixon's got to be close to his comeuppance now, having accidentally revealed a trunk full of po*n to Sasha when the car got a flat. He explained it away, saying selling dirty movies was how he made his money and promising he had no other secrets, but it's only a matter of time once the Lambo po*n stash is found, you know? A suspicious Sasha then spied him coming home and hugging his mom at the door. As her friend said, "Who is that white woman and why is she hugging your boyfriend?"

3. Annie's owning her craptastic life … at least for the moment. She went from depression to acceptance in this episode, mocking the guy who told her in the hallway that he'd gotten a mousepad made with the image of her sext. It seemed she'd be strictly in bitch mode from here on out, except …

4. Remember that "homeless" guy she ran over and then forgot to check on (that is, left to die by the side of Mulholland Drive)? He managed to somehow leave $100,000 to West Beverly in his will. The mechanics of this don't really matter (he had money but was crazy, but was a big fan of West Bev when he was a student there, whatever). The point really was that the incident was still haunting Annie, and, in fact, creeping ever closer to her and allowing people to say pointed things such as, "The person who hit him and left him on the side of the road was the piece of garbage." It also brought Homeless Guy's kind-of (?) cute, misfit-ish nephew, Jasper, suddenly on the scene, being interviewed by Silver for the Blaze and causing Annie all kinds of guilt. Still a little hard to tell how to feel about him. I liked when he said to Silver during their interview, "You're that crazy chick! Mentally ill chick. Seriously, I loved that movie you made last year." But I can't tell where things are going between him and Annie yet — or where I'd like them to go. She kept getting weepy around him and apologizing to him, which seemed to tip him off that she may have more connection to the case than a passing sympathy. But when they hung out later looking at the stars together, he seemed like he might truly be into her — or just setting her up. Hoping the latter. Someone ought to be smart enough to put this together already.

Even better, though, this incident started to reveal the cracks in Teddy's all-around-nice-guy image, like when Silver asked to interview him — remember, he stumbled on the body afterwards — and he made fun of the homeless — or "abode-challenged," as he cracked. Silver was annoyed with him then, but even moreso once she happened upon him kissing Adriana, though she's yet to tell anyone about it.

5. Jen was in the French tabloids? Because she was married for a month to a French baron? I mean, of course she was. Then naturally Liam just happened to stumble upon this information, which is as ridiculous as a homeless hit-and-run victim dropping $100K on West Bev, but this is 90210, so let's go with it. Liam tried to use the info to force her to fess up to Naomi about sleeping with him, but Jen chose instead to tell Naomi about her French scandale. Ah, but the joke may be on her, as that crafty Liam secretly recorded her saying to him, "Naomi will never believe that we slept together."

did Sasha really have to follow Mama Wilson to the nail salon just to figure out her boyfriend, Dixon, is really a boy of the underage kind? Of all the "kids" on this show, he's one of the few who look like they even remember being teenagers. (If it were Teddy, for instance, I'd understand her confusion.) Anyway, thank goodness, she finally found out — when Mom proudly showed off pics of her kids. (I wouldn't buy this random move at all — who shows strangers pictures of their kids once they're past 10 or so? — except I choose to believe she secretly wanted to show off her black son to the cool black girl striking up a conversation with her.) I was glad to move this story line along, anyway. Dixon has still yet to pop, plot-wise. He had that shining crazy moment with Silver last season, then they got lame fast; I feel like this older-lady lovefest, while commendable for breaking up the Silver cycle, is growing old, too. Sure, it looked like they had some pretty hot forbidden sex at the end of this episode, but it felt ho-hum as a viewer. Since we're not the ones actually having the hot forbidden sex, it doesn't mean much if we're not emotionally invested.

Naomi had her own stalking to do, to get herself into the wonderfully fictitious California University (as brought to absurd life in the middle years of the absurdly long-running original Beverly Hills, 90210). After getting some tough love from her counselor — she didn't have the grades to get into her beloved CU, because, you know, it's a really good school — she went through a brief period of sweatpants-wearing (oh the horror) mourning before her friends gave her a pep talk. (Silver: "How many times have you done Pilates to the CU fight song?") Then she hatched a plan: She'd hire the CU dean's son to tutor her for her SATs! When Silver asked if that meant she was concentrating on her test scores, Naomi set her straight: "No, I'm gonna date the dean's son. Honestly, Silver, try to keep up." (AnnaLynne McCord's line-reading on this was divinely beastly, incidentally.) Best Naomi line of the night came as she was trying to convince the dean's granola-crunchy son that she was an environmentalist, too, and he said he wished they'd put choking dolphins on the side of plastic water bottles to remind people of their evils: "Choking dolphins would be awesome."

In the truly creepy stalking department, we had the Oscar Wilde-quoting Jasper still pursuing Annie for … something. I wasn't sure where we were going with it last week, but now it's clear it's no place good. When he asked Annie to go see The Script (the Irish group who also originally recorded Kris Allen's single "Live Like We're Dying") playing at the Beach Club (what is a teen soap without a place for album-plugging guest bands to show up?), he told her he wanted to scout them for the soundtrack to the film he's making. (Of course he is.) Said film is apparently "half narrative, half documentary, half sick experimental stuff … think Matthew Barney meets Michael Moore." (Of course it is.) Clearly she's about to make some sort of set-up verit film debut against her will; if that's how things go, this is definitely not her year.

Teddy was a little stalkery, too, inviting Navid and Adriana on a double date just to bait Adriana … and then kiss her again while out of view of their dates. It's an interesting dilemma, forcing Adriana to choose between the ab-tastic Teddy and Navid, even if Teddy seems like he's going to turn out evil (and is waaay too Ken Doll for my tastes, but I'm not the one in the love triangle here, alas).

And while it wasn't stalking, it was a little bit of a surprise to see Jackie show back up as part of Adriana's 12-step group. I love sobriety and all in real life, but sober Jackie really seems kind-of pointless. She's not much fun unless she's being as awful as Silver publicly eviscerated her for being during the chip-day speeches. The lady knows how to bribe an estranged daughter with a hot car, but I do not really want to see this big cancer story line they've now dropped on us. Let Grey's Anatomy handle the cancer, kids.

Not sure about this "Oh Captain, my Captain" inspiring-teacher bit Mr. Matthews pulled on Liam this week, either. But at least John Schneider got to show up as Liam's superbly jerky dad (he seems like he's having an awful lot of fun after a few seasons of playing super-straight dad on Secret Life of the American Teenager). And Liam got to play a little bit vulnerable when Matthews unexpectedly told his parents he was doing great instead of getting him in trouble for mouthing off when Matthews took his phone from him. The phone, of course, had the all-important recording of Jen admitting she'd slept with Liam. Which Liam inexplicably erased at the end of the episode after seeing Naomi kiss Granola Boy. Why not drive off in a huff? Why permanently erase the file you worked so hard to get? Over one kiss?
