Since the Sahara One synopsis is wrong, here is what really happened:
Sakshi puts the medicine on Panditji's forehead and wound. The doctor comes and says he is improving. Sakshi puts a Sheel pendant on a dhaga around Panditji's neck and they all say Prabhu Sheel Maharaj Ki Jai.
Madhura remembers Vaishnavi looking at a photo album. Chhoti Maa brings her food and tells her there is no point to remember this. Madhura talks about who surpressed they are. Chhoti Maa says she feels someone is keeping track of everything and that Vaishnavi isn't dead and will make everything better.
Sakshi feeds Panditji whilst he is still unconscious and says how she believes now when he kept her away. She goes to get up when he mutters Sheel Maharaj. Sakshi's friends come and one says that people unconscious often mutter things, when Sakshi says she doesn't understand what Panditji is saying. They tell Sakshi to rest and she says she has to meet Aman, she'll be back. She goes to the same place as yesterday, nobody is there, the door is locked. A watchman comes and tells her they went yesterday.
Fakirchand and his wife don't know why Sheel went. Sakshi comes, she tells them Aman gave her medicines. She asks for his number to say thanks, Fakirchand gives it. She phones and Madhura picks up. Madhura recognises the voice as Vaishnavi.
