Rishta Sindoor Ka (Part 1)
Sana, a popular daily soap actress dies while enacting a scene where she is attacked with a knife by the hero Rishi. Rishi claims that though he hated Sana, he didn't kill her, someone replaced the dummy knife with a real one on the sets. A reporter who interviewed Sana that day is the only outsider listed in the visitors register, but he is not traceable. Unit 9 starts investigating and finds that the dummy knife had been replaced with a real antique knife by someone on the set. Sana being hot headed and arrogant had many enemies, including the crew of the show and the producer of the show Vrinda. Sana is survived only by her unsound sister hence the property angle is ruled out. Forensics throws up another clue. Apart from Sana, the killer's blood is also found on the knife edge. Everyone present on the set is a suspect. Unit 9 decides to get their blood samples so that it can be matched with killer's blood group. But none of the blood groups match!

Rishta Sindoor Ka (Part 2)
Unit 9 discovers that the missing reporter Sameer was actually Sana's boyfriend. He is a suspect now. It also turns out that Sana had a habit of collecting antiques and had recently pawned her entire property for an expensive antique necklace. Now her entire property is being auctioned off. The highest bidder is none other then the man Rishikesh who lent Sana the money for the antique necklace. Sameer is found murdered with a suicide note claiming he killed Sana in a fit of jealousy. But Abhimanyu is not convinced. It turns out that Rishikesh may have had a reason to kill Sana since the property now belongs to him, and someone was possibly helping him. Someone close to Sana.....But who?? Another mind boggling case for Unit 9 to crack!
