Saif Ali Khan recommends ex-wife Amrita Singh

We don't think this piece of news would be appreciated by Kareena Kapoor. After all, it deals with her saut, Amrita Singh. How? You ask. Well...because it also deals with the love of her life Saif Ali Khan and Singh's ex-husband. Amrita and Saif's separation might have shocked Hindi filmdom but their relations were never strained. They maintained a cordial relationship. However, the extent of cordiality became recently apparent when it was heard that Saif has recommended Amrita to Kunal Kohli! Out of concern or out of guilt, Saif? After all, she had left her career to marry you!

Saif Ali Khan who's worked with Kunal Kohli in two movies (Hum Tum and Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic) suggested ex-wife Amrita Singh's name for a film being directed by his assistant. Sources reveal that Kunal was having a casting problem and when he asked Saif for a suggestion, he promptly suggested Amrita's name. Now she's signed on the film which stars Imran and Deepika in the lead roles.

Anyway, we would like to give points to Saif for his 'concern' for his ex-lady. Not many do such a thing. However, we know if he's ever asked to comment on this fact he would either deny it or say that it was for his kids. Whatever may be your reasons, it's good to see that you still care for a woman who had been your pillar of strength when you hit a rough patch.

he proposed amrita and fall in love with her...dunno what's gone wrong between them...Saif i just wish u HAD lived happily with amrita,

No one knows exactely why did they both divorce !! Does anyone know this please !!

Probably because one success got in his head, his wife pre-success wasn't enough and he needed a younger eyecandy by his side?

May be you are right friend !! Amrita was 10 years older and Kareena 10 years younger !! Should the age matter between the two loved ones !! Nawabs had lots of wives and alot on the side !! This is the trend in Bollywood now go for younger wives !! But still I think recommanding his ex-wife is good of him !!
