Helplessness

Like many of Ekta's shows, today Thakur was shown helpless and had to compromise for the sake of family...yes we are all doing this in many instances to save our family and relations but to be frank I am a bit disappointed, one because the 'cunning' image goes very well with the Thakur and I don't want that image to dilute now, atleast not till Amoli develops a feeling for him and secondly blame it on me, but having seen Ekta's shows before I find suddenly the male protagonist becoming dumb and helpless and the woman clever and smart, as much as I hate dumb woman, I must admit I also do not like dumb men either so it should be both of them equal nicely supplementing each other...

Another thing, while DV saw want in the eyes of the brother-in-law of that woman, Amoli saw love for her husband, let me tell you Amoli a husband who helplessly watches his wife being burnt without proper trial is no good and it is best not to have one in that case/......your thought friends, love Tin

***Hi Tin, its no surprise that like all Indian shows once heroine is married she believes her husband is everything (except in KZK). I hate that Amoli doesnt stop her bashan about Mangalsutra and sindoor. The husband who always tells her that she has to listen to Malik and she is hell bent on convincing herself and her Thakur that she cannot think beyond her so called "HUSBAND".

You are right Ash, though I want to see Amoli realising that her husband is no husband, I hated that bhashan on sindoor and ms, what experience of marriage does she have to give a lecture on sindoor and ms......anyway thanks to BT Sindoor and MS have become articles of mockery long back in hindi serials....
