Who do you think is sexiest Indian man alive? It's definitely not easy zeroing in any one guy for that title, so People magazine did the job for us and guess who they ranked as the sexiest man alive? Ranbir Kapoor. CNN-IBN trailed the youngest Kapoor all the way to Pattaya where he shot for the cover page.

uh.. not again biru boy look how he's trying to be his usual modest self "i don't consider myself sexy ,i don't think i deserve this award blah blah. im just sick of his modesty on camera lol
why can't he take d honor n get done with it!
I can't believe these people traveled all d way to pattaya n gave this award to him of all people lol
