I want explanation for pribir'sPDA:Viewbie's note pg 11

• hitumpa do some pda after they get a ton of support from their families and also where both moms eat sweets to symbolize its official and feel confident about their future enough to express their affection
• hitumpa then get bashed for the PDA by I-F members because its apparently "gross and disgusting"
• hitumpa win romantic jodi last sat
• rajbeer last sat states that he is happy for hitumpa but he cant physically express his love until his family gives him the thumbs up
• priyanka also states something along the lines of that this stuff only looks better after marriage
• we also see priyanka look unhappy when hitumpa win romantic jodi and when hitesh's dad says yes to rumpa
• now in the precap today we see pribir pda with kissing on cheeks...now i personally have no problem with the pda...but i would like an explanation of how they first state that they wont do physical affection til thumbs up/marriage but they go ahead with it anyways (perhaps priyanka's desperation to win romantic jodi after we clearly saw her unhappiness?) and then I-F members decide its okay to bash hitumpa when they express love after THEIR thumbs up

Well I am a pribir supporter too, but I haven't seen the episode yet. So just going by what you say, if there something gross like the HUMPA's PDA, then I am not in for it. Pri is definitely more in love with Raj and wants an assurance, but what happened to Raj? He has always been balanced and in control of everything.
I would definitely not compare it to HUMPA's PDA...Plzz give me a break! They are not worth being compared to Raj-Pri's relation. And as far as ur doubts regarding approval from family is concerned, we all know that Raj's dad has said a yes for the relation (though it's only for his son's happiness), his mom is in their favour, Pri's sis n family are in favour (but a bit worried for the delay), and they are all waiting for the approval of the extended family. So when you quote that they still don't have the approval of their family, it's wrong. They definitely have an approval from their families, and after yesterday's meeting, they did make it clear that they are in love with each other and would not consider anyone else.
Once you reach this stage in a relation, I don't think a peck on cheek is bad as long as it doesn't make the people around you uncomfortable. HUMPA's PDA makes ppl arnd them uncomfortable. I would personally prefer a peck on a cheek and small hug(not lasting more than 1-2 mins), over a prolonged holding of hands,pulling cheeks, playing with hair,eyes etc etc.

Even i havent watched the episode, but there is nothing about 'gross' or not gross. A kiss is a kiss. So what applies to Grumpa applies to Pribir as well. Its not about who is in love and who isnt. At the moment, HitPa's relationship is 'committed' and priBir's isnt (matter of fact) so when HitPa do this sort of PDA, it is still acceptable IMO. An engaged couple does things like that in real world.

HitPa have also reached a stage where it is okay to kiss. I am talking about the date the two went on in the jeep, when none was watching. The PDA in front of Vivek's mom was pukeworthy, I agree.

I feel that both priyanka n rajbeer belong to really tradition families thats why they feel this way. though i agree with you n ur judgement.
