we can just do one think i.e all the indians vote for quality singers like amey!

In my opinion, Power Voting is the only answer.

For example lets say, Amey may have 100 fans who send him two votes each, giving him a a total of 200 votes, whereas Ravi may have only 50 fans but they send him five votes each, giving him a total of 250 votes. It may not make sense, but its a huge possibility.

Regional voting also has alot to do with it, I can totally see people from U.P. sending tonnes of votes for Ravi. I can see people from Bombay voting for people from Bombay...

X-Factor has nothing to do with it(Sagar, Neha, Jyotsna)
Sympathy Factor has nothing do do with it(Amey, Meenal, Sandipa)
Also, people from small villages have nothing to do with it, remember Ritu? Not only was she from a small village, her dad is a postman, so saying being from small villages have something to do with is not right either.

The main reason for ravi being safe is just coz of the sympathy he is getting coz of him being a little over age and antara coz she is from a small town and there fore our sweet old indian janta wants her to get famous and earn some money 😡 at first i also liked her but coz of her attitude and her poor song selection i do not like her now..........

i never understand that why is sandeep so popular among janta may be its coz he is from rajistan 😕

watever the reason now people should understand that agar woh achai singer ko vote karain ge tabhi acha sunain ge!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with you.

May be Amey and Meenal did not really get as less votes as they claim to have...
Karunya was untouchable after his last performance (he rocks!!)
Amey was almost there...
Meenal's performance was one of her best...

Then come Antra and Monali - they were not all that bad.

It leaves us with the other 3
Neha - wrong choice of song and she started to sound very stereo typical
Ravi - Like the judges said - it just did not click
Sandeep - Worst performance ever!! he did much better in the prelims!!!! – and he is not very versatile (not a total package - my opinion)

It was very much predictable they would end up in the last 3. The judges predicted it, so did many of us I am sure and so did most of the audience in India..

Now people.. you have to remember this is a reality show - it is the twists and turns and some shocks that make a reality show.. we are glued to it only when all of the above are in abundance in the show...

I am not saying that the figures were tampered with.. but it could be that the facts were not stated correctly.. Amey and Meenal were put in the last 3 just build drama!! It was actually Ravi, Sandeep and Neha.
