Yippee! Mona Singh has been voted the Most Wanted TV star of 2005 on Zoom's Red Hot Countdown tonight! She's right up there with the Big B.

That proves it! Mona is wayyyyyy better than some people who keep harping on in every single interview about how they have been winning the best actress award for 5 years running in the same role...and notice that *cough*Neha Bamb*cough* is nowhere on the list.
But me not happy altogether....why is AA at no.5...he should be no. 2 or 3 at least. He and Ronit Roy are the only ones from this list to be nominated for the Apsara Awards alongside some of the most seasoned actors.
And just HOW can they put RK below Mandira and Pooja???? RK is a MUCH better host and has also proved herself as a classy actress. She should be among the top 5 at least.
No further comments. I know my friends here will have LOTS to say!

Anyway, for once i got to see MandA together--they were showing an old clip of them walking into an Archies gallery and selecting cards. Methinks it must have been promotion of the JandA romance days--Mona was in her Jessica Bedi curls and Apu was in that red T-shirt he wears to practicaly all the functions.
And the voice-over said--"Mona's closest friends in the industry are her costars Apurva and gaurav!" Awwwwwwww!

Also caught a fleeting glimpse of the AJK awards. Here was the seating plan, from left to right: MM, SS and AA, next to each other. I would have loved to watch this trio's reactions when Mona appeared on stage, but my dad was watching the Stardust awards on Max and i cudn't tell him to change. Can anyone furnish a "facial expression" update?
