U have to work for the section u r interested in . And just PM the Channel Moderators or the Moderators of the section letting them know about your interest in moderating a particular forum. Sometimes the Dev. Team Members are just picked up by the GMs or the Section Mods. based on the work the member has done for the forum !!!

You have to be active in a particular forum by healthy discussions.. Making contests and if u get succeeded in making the forum active then u will definitly get a chance to be in Developement team:) hope this helps..:)
