Things I liked:


Mayank's Mom+Nupur=Dhaansu jodi: Loved the scene b/w them! Mayank's mom is just such a cool lady! And their interaction was adorable......thankfully not too heavy on the "Haaye meri future bahu....looking so sundar blah blah"😆😆.....Nupur preening in front of the mirror and getting caught by the Mom (ok, what's her name??😕 I'm tiring of having to type M ki mummy😆)....adorable! And then later when she drifts off into her little side chatter about how she picked her diwali outfit and the amused look M's mom gives her.....cuute!😆

Mayank's scene with his Mom: This one's a recurring favorite in my 'musings'....so no shockers here, folks!😛😆😆....Despite knowing that I had "Naadaman" in store further in the epi😆.....I really enjoyed this scene....especially the way his Mom tries to tickle him awake (My mom does that too😆) and then the way he wishes her Happy Diwali and tries to go back to sleep😆😆....I'd never have thought that otherwise insomniac staying awake till late in the night to do his schoolwork Mayank sleeps till 12:30 on a day off😲😆😆.....Hawwwww, Mayank the slacker!😛😆

Diya's outfit: Navina looked gorgeous👏

The sarcastic Chaachu: I'd forgotten he almost existed! Had to do a double take and try to place him for a bit😕😆😆.....Liked how he replied to Diya's "Are you all going to a wedding?" comment😆😆

Samrat-Gunjan scene: Sammy boy was understated....just the way I like him!👏 and Gunjan was cute with her "This isn't how you celebrate Diwali" innocent question😆😆.....the pre-cap scene was sweet as well.


Special comment on THE Naada scene:

Ok, so I'll be honest and admit that it wasn't AS horrifying as I'd built it up to be in my head😛😆😆.....Still not exactly Mayank's finest moment😆.....especially the bit where he mutters to Nups, "You're looking good" AS he clutches the naada😕🤣....and god, the "Maa, naada nahin/Pyjama girne nahin diya".....had me cringing...........Mayank, Mayank, Mayank....*sigh*....Will the real Mayank please stand up? Where is the Mayank of 'the eyebrow love" as defined by Nimmi? Where is the Mayank of the beach convo scene? Where is the Mayank of "thoda zyada ho gaya"? Where is the Mayank of the 'bonked' scene? Where is the Mayank of "sochna ghutnon ke liye accha hota hai"?? Where, Where, Where?? *sigh*


Thing that left me😕😕:

Why the heck were they using Rati's body doubles for her scenes?? First the rangoli scene in the beginning, then the phone scene and even in the pre-cap scene with Mayank.....This show is barely a month and a half old and ALREADY they're using body doubles??😕😕....That's something that just really irritates me....takes away from any scene that they are used in.
