Actor Jacqueline Fernandez has once again found herself in the spotlight as fresh developments emerge in the ?200 crore money laundering case linked to alleged conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. A handwritten letter sent by Sukesh to the actor has surfaced, coming shortly after her move to seek approver status in the case.
In the letter, Sukesh expressed support for Jacqueline and wrote, “All is fair in love and war.” He went on to add personal lines, signing off as “Your Baby Boy,” and wrote, “Love you crazy, missing you crazier. That’s all that matters.” The contents of the note have drawn attention given the ongoing legal proceedings and the nature of their past association.
The development comes days after Jacqueline approached a Delhi court requesting to turn approver in the case being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate. The agency has sought additional time to file its response. The matter is now scheduled for further hearing on May 8 before Special Judge Prashant Sharma.

She was also named as an accused in a supplementary chargesheet filed earlier by the Enforcement Directorate. Her legal team has previously attempted to seek relief by moving higher courts.
However, both the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India have declined to quash the proceedings against her so far. This has kept the case active, with the investigation continuing to unfold.
Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is currently in custody, is facing several serious allegations. These include claims of extorting large sums of money from business families and operating a wide network of financial fraud. The case has remained under close scrutiny due to its scale and the involvement of high profile names.
With Jacqueline’s approver plea now under consideration and the Enforcement Directorate yet to respond, the case appears to be at a crucial stage. The emergence of Sukesh’s letter has added another layer to an already complex legal situation, drawing further public and media attention.
