Aryan Khan turns a joota churai game into a wild battle at his best friend’s wedding, video goes viral

Aryan Khan recently attended a close friend’s wedding where a simple ritual turned into a high energy moment that quickly caught attention online. The event saw him actively participating in the traditional joota churai game, which is usually played in a light and playful manner between the bride and groom’s sides.

According to visuals shared by wedding planners, Aryan appeared fully involved in the game and treated his side’s responsibility with noticeable seriousness. The video shows him holding the groom’s shoe firmly while moving through the crowd, as guests from the bride’s side tried to negotiate and retrieve it.

The post was shared by Zesst Events on Instagram from Rhea Nadkarni and Maahir Mehta’s wedding. The planners mentioned that Maahir is Aryan’s close friend and described the sequence of events in a light tone, calling it a mix of fun and chaos during the celebration. The caption included, “When the Groom’s best friend is the BA****S of Bollywood. Between sneaky steals, dramatic negotiations, and laughter echoing through every corner — this wasn’t just joota churai, it was a total dhamaal.” The video text also read, “Joota churai turned into a full-blown mini war!”

In the clip, Aryan is seen wearing a casual outfit with jeans, a T-shirt and a brown jacket. He moves around the venue with the shoe in hand, trying to avoid being stopped. At one point, he nearly loses balance as multiple guests attempt to grab the shoe, but he continues holding on and moves ahead without letting it go.

Another part of the video shows a brief tug of war moment where he resists attempts to pull the shoe away. The sequence ends with him running away with it, which adds to the playful nature of the clip that has since circulated widely on social media.

On the professional front, Aryan Khan recently made his debut as a director with the Netflix series The Ba***ds of Bollywood, where he worked as creator, writer and showrunner. The series featured Bobby Deol, Lakshya, Raghav Juyal, Mona Singh and Sahher Bambba, along with several cameo appearances from well known actors.
