Both parties have accused the other of using abusive language following a spat over water leakage

Film actress Bobby Darling on Saturday lodged a complaint at Oshiwara Park police station against a member of her housing society for the use of abusive language and harassment.
Bobby accused Pratima Parmar of Gilnar Society, at Link Road, Oshiwara, who teaches kathak in her apartment on the first floor, of harassing her on the pretext of water leakage.
Parmar, on the other hand, lodged a non-cognisable complaint against Bobby for not paying heed to the leakage problem and also using abusive language. Bobby has two flats in the building — one on the second floor and another on the third.
Said Bobby, "When I returned from a late night shoot on Saturday she called me to the balcony. She shouted and hurled abuses at me while showing me a bag that she said was spoilt by the water from my flat. People think that since I am undergoing the process of a gender change I will take everything lying down."
Parmar said, "Every time I have told her about the leakage, she has brushed it aside. It is very annoying that the water spoils articles in our house while she is least bothered."
Bobby said the Parmars had not informed the society about the leakage as was required by the norms.
"I bought the flat on the second floor six months ago in my brother's name. It has been vacant since then. When no one stays there, how can water leak from the flat?" said Bobby. According to Parmar the water seeps to her apartment from Bobby's third floor flat after passing through the flat on the second floor.
The cops are looking into the complaints filed by both parties.
