i tolally agree👍🏼 gr8 Topic it is true in all bharti is a women & it was sad to see woman's right taken a way from her !!!! she pleaded for help no one stop it was very sad !!!!! ragini khanna as actor fabulous in every way possible love her !!!!!!! but i am pissed off @ armaan for not doing anything @ all 😡 & the Pandit should be shot !!!!

I very much agree with your post. It's tragic that it happens but what we got to see in BB is an aspect of society. And I tell you what, this even happens in the UK. I have read and heard of cases in which girls are forced into marriage.They are threatened and pressurized. It's disguisting. It's quite common within the Asian community and makes me sick in the stomach.

I've given the writers a lot of stick due to the new twist in the story. But I think I will have to appreciate them for highlighting a serious issue.

Yes, I've heard it does happen in UK aswell, particularly in the extremely closely knit Asian families. They form a territory of their own. 😕

Yes, I'd give BB brownie points for subtly highlighting something that needed to be shown. How can a woman so strong, independent, self-sufficient and intelligent be reduced to a crying helpless, weak creature ? This just proves that the society continues to be strongly male-dominated, when emotional blackmail doesn't work, then they use physical force.

The simple fact is - The society cannot tolerate women who can take their own decisions, lead their own life, and be responsible for who they are. A woman without a man in her life, be it in any form - Brother, father or husband, is a whore and there is defenitely something wrong with her character. It takes a woman 100 times more effort than a man to prove her worth. Nothing has changed in the world, it's just more subtle.
