Well Kareena Kapoor once said in Koffe With Karan that two succesful actresses can never be good friends.Do you think she is right? Is Rani-Preity,Priyanka-Kareena,Deepika-Asin,Rakshanda-Gauri,Kareena-Rani friendship fake ? Do you feel that two women workng in the same field can never be good friends? Why?Is jealusy the main reason?😊

And what about khan wars that we witness popping up in the media every now and then????? .... why stereotype the heroines ????....
The successful heroes aren't in best of terms either !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...and by successful heores don't bring Sunil Shetty, Sanjay dutt, Fardeen khan et al who resort to herd mentality without which they know their films won't see light of the day ( if they appear as solo hero)....................

If two people, in any profession, know how to keep their personal and professional lives separate, they can be very good friends. If they let their professional rivalry get in the way, it's lack of professionalism on their part. I don't understand how it would hinder two actress' friendship if one's doing better than the other. Why can't they just concentrate on their own work instead of comparing themselves to others and measuring their capabilities based on that? Even if they get jealous, why display it publicly instead of using it as a propelling force to do better? Perhaps they want publicity out of the goings-on in their personal lives more than coz of their work. Or perhaps it's just the snoopy paparazzi's penchant for fabricating stories out of nowhere. Either way, if they're wise enough, two actresses can certainly be successful actors and good friends at the same time.

Well its not just women even men have cut throat competition...

Akshay kumar-sharukh-amir-salman have had the greatest of face offs...

So, its nothing to do with the gender of the person... in the highly competitive world slandering always happens...its a personal thing...

I have seldom seen people like Sushmita Sen bitching about her female co stars...neither does Ajay Devgan have seen getting into silly arguments....It depends a lot on personality and discipline....

Why pick on actresses? Is it because of that whole stereotype that women are their own worst enemies?

The real question should be can two extremely successful fierce competitors/rivals be good friends? It all depends if the ego is bigger than the person or the person bigger than their ego.
