Banner Competition*Edited Version*!!!!!!!

Hi debaters!!!!!!!!!

as this section has no banner i came up with the idea of holding a banner competition for the section

below are some guidelines pls follow them n the competition is oped 2 all registered members of india-forums so ne one on the forum can participate not just the debaters u can send up to 3 banners n here is how they should be:

1. The banner size should be 728 by 90 (in pixels)

2. the banner can consist of pictures or just a plain banner such as the 1 in the avatar n sig shop

3. Please PM your banner to me (Samie) the moderator of debate mansion or Meghavi (CM) or Aparna_BD (viewbie) . Do not paste the banner on the forum. We want to keep the contest anonymous, meaning no one should know who made what banner.

To attach your banner to a PM:

First upload the banner using the site: http://www.imageshack.ws/

Click on the button, located in upper-right hand corner- an Insert Image Box will pop up

Paste the link of the image where is says: IMAGE URL and click OK. The picture will then be pasted on your message

4. The deadline for the contest is Febuary 1st. Voting will start soon after that and all the banners will be posted for you to see at that time.

i think one user can send one banner only?

hmmmmm.. as there are no special pictures abt it..

please allow to..send two entries..
one with pics, one witout pics..
(if someone wants to send both entries)

and i saw that in some other banner competition, they told not to use Animation in it..
does that apply on this banner too ?

No, Vishesh I think a member can send MORE than one banner, I will check with Samie...and make sure. And yes, animation banners are not encouraged....but if ur banner has lil animation is it ok, and it will be allowed, but the pixel size (728 by 90 ) has to be correct.

And its ur choice in which type of u banner u want to make, u can make one like the one for JJKN or the one for Avatar and Sig shop.

Also please PM ur banners to either Me, Samie or Aparna_BD do not post them on the forum!
