Meet Prem and Jennifer of Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani
After playing the likeable character of Sid in Wake Up Sid, Ranbir Kapoor is back with yet another release, Rajkumar Santoshi's Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani. The film has him paired opposite the gorgeous Katrina Kaif and going by the promos, this one promises to be a complete laugh riot from the man who gave us one of the funniest films of Hindi cinema- the cult classic Andaz Apna Apna.
Ranbir plays the title role of Prem and is president of an organization called 'Happy Club'. While he always strives to spread happiness and cheer among people, his actions backfire most of the time resulting in disastrous consequences.
Katrina plays the role of Jennifer aka Jenny, a sweet girl next door who is a complete romantic and is on the look out for the Prem (love) of her life.
While Ranbir thinks himself as a problem solver and hence keeps saying 'Jahan Problem Wahan Prem', Katrina believes otherwise…she is of the opinion that 'Jahan Prem Wahan Problem'.
The film has a comic book feel to it with pop-up bubbles used to describe what's going on in the character's minds.
Rajkumar Santoshi returns to the comic genre after a really long time with this film. It would be interesting to see if the man is able to recreate the magic with Ranbir and Katrina just like he did many years ago.
