Chalo,Here's my own update on yes'day's show.
Im posting this because yes'day was one of the best days of Saregamapa.
Very Less Drama, And Amazing Singing

Subhash Ghai and Ayesha Takia were the spl. judges yes'day.They were also there to release the music of Ghai's latest film "Shaadi Se Pehle".Music By HR

Yes'day episode was apl. cuz it was the "Mentors Mahachallenge".Each Mentor gave the opponent participant a song to sing live.No rehearsals,Nothing..

Coming To The Performances..

Aadesh Ji Was the first to throw the challenge.

1.Debojit:Aadeshji gave Debo "Ye Haseen Wadiyan.."
from "Roja".A Really difficult song.
Debo sung very well.Missed sur a couple of times,but
feel of the song was kept alive 👏 👏
AS gave him:7/10
ID said that he'd sung very well And So Did the &nb sp; guests.

2.Vinit:AS ji gave Vinit "Tu Mile DIl Khile" from
Criminal.An MM.Kreem compostion.I needn't tell you aby. this song.Its one of the best love songs ever composed.

Coming to vinit's singin,he was Amazin.Was nervy wen he started off but picked up really well.He even had AS i applauding for him when he sang "Saare sansaar ka pyaar..". Was really gud there.Overall,An Amazing Performance,neglible flaws
AS:10/10 👏

Then came,HR's challenge

1.Hemu:HR gave Hemu "Tu Ramta Jogi" from Taal.No prizes for guessin,wat he tryin 2 prove.He was tryin to test hemu's higher notes cuz this aint his genre.btw,Its a great compostion by Rahman and sung really well By Sukhwinder Singh

Well,Hemu's performance was nothing short of breath=taking.Not once,did he falter.He kept the feel alive.I felt that "Nasha" in the song.Had gr8 control in the higher notes 😃
HR:10/10 👏 👏
HR said that "Even ppl like SPB,Hariharann wud find it tough to sing a Sukhwinder song.But you've sung it really well"

2.Debojit
He was given "O humdum" from Saathiya.He wanted to test him in a contemporary number.he dint sing that well.Well,I dint like it.SOunded like a wannabe pop artist
Newayz, HR gave him 10/10

The final challenge by ID

1.VInit: "Chale Chalo" frm Lagaan.Wat a choice!! Wanted to test his breath control.gotta say,VInit lived up to it,He was amazin.He sang such a difficult song really well.Gr8 Work,Dude 👏
Got 9/10

2.Hemu:"O Mitwa" frm Lagaan as well.This aint an easy number.Really difficult.Hemu did complete justice to it.He'z just too gud at his lower notes 👏 👏
Got 8/10(Deserved a 9 ,at least)

Thats It,Guyz..Nxt thursday will be the elimination.

Why does HR have to compare Chandu to SPB and Hariharan - -I don't his
voice is like their voices at all. He sings lower.

HR just had to bring up the south factor... Dying to see this episode.

I think with Hemu's ability to modulate his voice, he can sing a very large variety of songs.

I agree.his range is amazing.I hope he gets to sing a semiclasical song.with that voice,he can do wonders.
