debojit's supporter keep voting.must read

I object the statement that people are voting blindly for Debojit. Each contestants are having highest counts only from their "HOME STATE". This has never been that Vineet got highest from Haryana (Himani's state) and Himani got highest from UP (Vineet's state).

This is also a contest where each one has its own quality. Vineet can sing only on pattern of Md Rofi but he can never sing efficiently a song written for voice from Kishore Kumar or Bhupen Hazarika. Debojit has his own pattern almost similar to Kishor kumar, or he can sing some of the Bihu songs similar to Bhupen or Keshob. Vinnet or Hemchandra can not sing a Bihu song. So they are also inferior on some counts.

Second thing, we should all from North-East ask Gajender Singh (Director of Sa-Re-Ga-Ma-pa) to stop announcing that "how much percentage of votes are coming from which State". We should appeal PLEASE STOP- PLEASE STOP- PLEASE STOP telling percentage data. It is not a State to State contest.

Yes, at the end we should say we Assamese are more culture-driven. We hear more songs than rest of the country as we have more time because we are unemployed, and have plenty of time to appreciate music. So we count high in percentage.

Till that they (Other Indian States) have not given due recognition to our Bihu songs, they are rarely sung in National arena. At least let us place Debojit as top of "Indian Voice" to better project our culture and song. if we will not do, who will do? Do you think UP people will come and vote for Debojit. At least we are not inferior to them.

hats off to u and all those who are voting for their state contestants! its a public voting system.... so who cares where da votes come from? all da contestants are indian as far as we know.... so if the voice is from south or north or west, its still da voice of india!

hi punchi123...ur absolutely correct..any state has its right to support his or her contestant freely...even vineet and himani have the freedom of getting millions of votes from their respective states...they r getting jealous just becoz they r not getting enough support from their own respective states.
btw..i am a mumbaiite...and i am voting for debojit.there are loads of his fans in mumbai as well..and i am sure all over india..its just that people in the north east r giving him lots of support n love and making the percentages go even higher..Thats gr8 infact!!
Hema is one another guy who i would like to see winning if not debu..he's a very talented guy too.
