Hello people,

My name is Debayon and I have been an avid follower of CID for the last 11 years. I hope everyone will welcome me to this forum. And I had a question: Did Ashutosh Gowarikar act in CID?

Hi.... iam new here and huge fan of CID, and yes Ashutosh Gowarikar did act in CID... it was way back in 99 or in 2000, He was just like Daya and abhijeet (as a senior inspector). Quite a shock naa... for he is a famous director today....😊

Hey Thanks.... 😊. Ive been watching CID from the very begining. I even remember a guy who delivered the first ever dilogue in the show, dont know his name but he was just like freddie. Ashuthosh gowarikar was in for a brief period, he was not there for many episodes as they changed the cast frequently until they met Abhijeet 😃😃...

I started watching CID when I was like 3 or 4. Can you remember what happened on the first episode? And the guy who you you are talking about was called Sudakar.
