Badi kripa hogi.

I cant simply understand y people cant get this .........it is these states that make up India ..... Debojit did not get 80% of the votes from ASAM alone he got them from NE which apparently if i have got it right consists of 7 states.......... Now you do the math ! Everyone is going to get the benifit of their home state and no 1 should question that . Watch debojit win win win!

kishore kumar was bengali, so was hemant kumar... were they not india ki
voice? or were they "bengal ki voice"... lata mangeshkar had a massive
marathi accent in her first songs in hindi cinema... i urge you to listen...
was she "maharashtra ki voice" ? please... at the risk of repeating what so
many others have already said.. the north east is not only assam.. it is 7
states.. and those states are part of india. bhupen hazarika is as much an
indian as an assamese musician... everybody is from some state.. that
doesnt mean they are not indian. nihira spoke in marathi on the show,
hema in telugu, himani in punjabi, ujjaini in bengali... the list goes on and
on... do UP and Punjab only constitute India?? discriminating on the basis
of ethnicity is as communal as discriminating on the basis of religion. I
am sorry, but its sad that you would agree with a comment like we want
India ki voice, not assam ki voice.

You people are so naive if you think Gaj Singh didn't enjoy some of this exposure. He could easily have edited out a lot of the fluff he showed on that episode.

He also showed a scene where he is questioning the kids with mic in hand. Why do you think he did that? He does need and want that exposure for ratings.
