I am not making an argument for believability Flaviya.
Something being credible is not the same thing as something being accessible. I agree, but this part reminds me of Kaminey. I was watching it without subtitles. And then came a part where PC and Amole Gupte's character converse in Marathi. Now, I don't understand a word of Marathi. Yet them speaking in their native language gave so much credibility to their characters. Sure, I did not really understand that part word by word, but I still understood the point they were making. That's what I mean, an average Kjo YRF film is for about 90% in hindi, 10% is in English. So why can't they work on the accent part to give the characters some credibility during the 10% part. I mean even if I assume the audience may not understand the 10% part, they would still find those characters authentic just like I did during that part in Kaminey.
Now why KJo's films are the way they are is something only he can explain. I can just make guesses, and my guess is that he does take his audience for granted. Yup your guess is as good as mine. 😃
How do you bake cookies in a treehouse? I mean where is the source for electricity where you plug in the oven? Or these must be some advanced treehouses. Sorry about my tangent. You're right you can't bake cookies in a traditional treehouse. But that was the whole point of the siggy. 😉
