Popular TV shows that went off air

Despite of grabbing good TRP's some programmes couldn't last long. Take a look at a couple of Popular TV shows that went off air.

Kumkum - Pyara Sa Bandhan on STAR Plus Was an Indian television soap opera that aired from Monday to Friday during the afternoon slot on STAR Plus. This show remained number one in the afternoon slot and went off air because the makers were not able to tackle the new track of Hussain and Juhi Parmar. As their story was based on re-birth they lost the in battle of TRP's and so this 8-year long serial went off air.

Well...it isnt tht...the makers werent able to handle the reincarnation track..it ws mainly bcoz Hussain and Juhi..both became so busy after December 2008..and when finally things were falling into the right place....both HuJu came back ...Starplus closed the show...they dint evn think abt Kumkum fans..and evn Juhi once mentioned..tht Kumkum never went offair coz of its low TRPS...it ws Star who decided to end it coz it wanted a revamp!!!

chalo..jo hua so hua...Memories last forever...I'll always be thankful to Hussain Juhi for portraying Sumit Kumkum in such a beautiful manner...

Kumkum will always be in our hearts...forever...

its not the TRP which cause serial to go off air
its SP who closed the show....

well jo hota hai acche ke liye hi hota hai
now waiting to see JuHu together once again
with something new nd rocking

nice snippet

wonderful amazing sizzling chemistry of HuJu made Sukk so real and believable

All the 3 sections before leap after leap and the re-incarnation worked well.

well i believe what ju said, trps were decent, it was channel's call

though we did see ju in all epsidoes of kk continously

infact in dec despite being busy with cm1 and her wedding preparations she gave full time to kk

hu was missing regularly esp after the rebirth track

Anyways all the best to huju for they personal and professional lives

Agree with u all....it's only channel's decision to end the show
missing the sizzling chemistry of sukk.....hope they back together soon
