Salman Khan And Aamir Khan Share Screen Space For The Second Time

Salman Khan and Aamir Khan fans are in for the ultimate thrill: seeing the two stars share screen space for the second time in a film to be produced jointly by their home productions.

Rumors that the two stars will feature together again in a sequel to Raj Kumar Santoshi's Andaaz Apna Apna (1994) have been in the air for some time, but Aamir is reportedly not interested in the sequel.

The two stars shared little bonhomie during Andaaz Apna Apna filming, or later until the release of Aamir Khan's Ghajini(2008), when Salman, 43, gifted a Ghajini poster painted by him to Aamir, 44.

The director and additional cast of the film, still under scripting, is yet to be finalized. Joint production of the film will ensure the two heavyweights get equal screen time.

"Salman and Aamir will have equal footage in the film. The rest of the cast is being finalised and the director will also soon be on board," a source told Mumbai Mirror.

Aamir has lately displayed camaraderie with Salman, standing by him during Salman's infamous stand off with Shah Rukh Khan following a fracas at Katrina Kaif's birthday party in 2008 that almost divided Bollywood into two camps.

Aamir has stepped forward to support a fashion show by Salman Khan's charity – Being Human – at the upcoming couture week in Mumbai. Salman and Aamir will walk the ramp giving competition to rival Shah Rukh who will walk the ramp for Karan Johar's debut collection.

Aamir mustered additional A-list support for Salman's fashion, enroping stars like Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, Sanjay Dutt and Sunny Deol to walk the ramp.

After a long gap Salman Khan has seen a box-office success with the release of Wanted last month. His other upcoming films include Main Aurr Mrs Khanna with co-stars Kareena Kapoor and brother Sohail Khan; and London Dreams with co-stars Ajay Devgan and South star Asin.
