She's a very complicated person to understand, she wanted Archana to marry and saw how well Manav treated her yet in an instant she turned on Manav and took Archana away. Sulochana didn't stop to think about her daughter's marriage nor did she encourage Archana to try and save her marriage. Now when Archana returns with her belongings Sulochana seems crushed, why? What does she really want and why is she ruining Archana's life?
Then there's her attitude towards Varsha, I know Varsha can be very rude at times but overall I don't think she is a bad person. Varsha works hard and is often misunderstood by her mother.
It's too bad Archana isn't more like Varsha, by that I mean in terms of speaking for herself and what she wants. Over the past week, I've seen Archana's pain being away from Manav and I saw the way she looked at him when they had a brief run in, in the last episode. I think Archana would give Manav a chance had she not been influenced so much by her family. Archana has a lot of respect for her family and that's not a bad thing but she has another family to think of now, she needs to speak up!

Bollywoodcrazed In this situation, where all the proofs are against Manav, a greedy samdhan,& above all young beautiful daughter goes out of town without telling anyone that too for an overnight stay (remember she belongs to a conservative family), if you were in place of Salochna what would you do?

@Khoobsoorat:
I understand what you mean, but what deters me from thinking that way is Sulochana's dramaticness. She just needs to tone that down. I know that she must be under a lot of tension and especially in tension nobody is perfect, but this aunty has a flair for the dramatic. I kind of get where she is coming from on Varsha at this moment, as I don't know of any mother that would not explode with anger in a situation like that. Yet, I think that bollywoodcrazed is trying to point out that Sulochana's previous actions have put her in this place more than what Sulochana is doing right now, because what she is doing right now is the effect of her previous actions. That and all of the dramaticness leads to (what I think) the topic starter is trying to say. Personally, I just get frustrated when Sulochana acts like the victim and asks why everything happened, because a lot of her previous actions (and not any bhagwan) has put her in the situation she is currently in.
