I personally think Amrita was in a more secure place than Shahid when Vivah came out. She had Ishq Vishk, Main Hoon Na & Masti when Vivah came out, but Shahid only had Ishq Vishk and the average collections of 36 China Town and Chup Chup Ke.

It's not that Shahid is the primary reason for her success; it's that she's shared the best chemistry with him and the biggest hit of her career with him (Main Hoon Na was a bigger hit, I think, but she wasn't the main attraction in the film). Shahid has JWM and Kaminey as bigger hits, as well as a lot of action in his personal life 😆, which Amrita hasn't.

Amrita is a good actress.She can act really well provided with good script and director.She was slepndid in Vivaah and I loved her in Ishq Vishk.

But yes her dressing sense IRRITATES me.
