I am so confused as to why her self esteem is so low. She says boys make fun of her and then they show that people in clubs make fun of her. Even when she went on that blind date, the people were like the boy must have ran away after seeing her.
It's all ridiculous! She is sooooooo pretty! She is a little traditional and shy.....but most guys like that! I don't understand why they protray her as pathetic. If they were going to portray her like that then they should have had an underlying reason like - she used to be chubby, or she was burned, or had some sort of disability. All of these are factors that contribute to low self esteem, but Avni has none of those. I feel like her character is insulted by the show as ugly, when she is really pretty and has no reason to have such low self esteem and lack of confidence.
