Archana does not think for herself, her family does the thinking for her. From what I've seen in the past few episodes, Archana misses Manav and does love him but she won't say that. Archana stays quiet while her family runs her life, it's like she doesn't have a voice. I believe if Archana were alone when she met Manav, she would hear him out. She really needs to grow a backbone and stand up for herself, look at what she's putting herself through for her family, it's just not worth it.

It is really hard to believe that a girl like Archana can just believe what others say about Manav????? When you live with a person, can't you really assess what kind of a person he is? It is also true that Archana never used her brain, she is guided by her mother's thinking. What a tragedy..... but well if they are always happy, there won't be story and we will all get bored very soon. That is why the twist.

@zeezee55: I agree with you! Some of us had pointed it out before that there is no way Manav could afford that stuff. She's seen him at work, she knows that he doesn't earn very much, she knows what a big deal it was for him to take out that loan for the necklace, and she still doesn't see anything wrong in the picture. Chica es loco!
I also agree with you, bollywoodcrazed, that what she's doing right now is just not worth it. I think Archana needs to realize, no pain = no gain. It happens all the time in real life, that sometimes you just have to upset those whom you love the most in order to do what's really right. For instance, I read that Sushant's father had stopped talking to him when he left to come to Mumbai. Then, after his father realized how well he was doing, he himself came back to talking terms with Sushant. Sure, there were moments of pain, but look at where Sushant is now. His actions, even though they upset his father at the time, were well worth it.
Similarly, Archana needs to do what's right for her. Sulochana will be upset for a while, but when everyone sees that Manav was innocent and how much he loves Archana, then everything will be fine again. Even if they don't see that he is innocent, with time everything would most likely heal. She needs to realize, "forgive and forget" or atleast "fake it 'til you make it." She just needs to take a stand for her husband and herself right now because that is pertinent, everything else will heal with time.
I wonder when she will actually realize that.
