Blood?

Don't understand what dhani's blood has got to do with the wedding? Why is it considered bad?

No! The story is that Sudha's father was "framed" by an enemy of his and "declared" low caste. Owing to his inability to shut that false accusation he took to a life of "hiding" and somehow got his daughter married to a "brahmin" and therefore technically Dhani is "brahmin". But Sudha's argument to Dhani's fil is that even if he refuses to belive her story, dhani's father was a brahmin and a girl's "caste" is determined by her father's not the mother's.

Al this junk is anyways so anti sashtra which have clearly said that varna is based on the work we do- not by birth. But then it is like screaming away to no end as the british ensured that we "understood" "caste" as something we are "born" into for over 200 years and we are now stuck with it- unless we choose to do something with this rubbish and get rid of it once and for all- and like Amber so beautifully said today- is it not just for the purpose of identity rahter than separating human from human?- beautiful line.

😕????????? can anyone plzzzz explain english proparlly as i dont really understand wht is going on and wht is the meaning of all this, wht is the problem with sudha's father, wht he has done and wht does it really do with dhani's blood and father etc... plzzz explain, thxxxx
