Highlights : Gehna supports Sumitra
Jagya is angry with everyone
Radha helps Shyam
Gehna comes to Sumitra's room. She finds Sumitra crying and shivering. She tells Gehna that she is very scared what will happen now. She has never spoken up to maasa for anything and does not know what Maasa will do now. Gehna tells Sumitra not to worry, she was a human being after all and she was bound to speak up someday. Sumitra says she feels helpless at what is expected of a woman. Gehna says she supports her completely and tells Sumitra to stay strong and now bow down to Maasa.
Radha contemplates calling Shyam and telling him about the panchayat matter. ST (Shyam's thaisa) tells her not to act in haste. The two women stealthily call Shyam. Shyam asks his mother what the matter is as she sounds really nervous. Radha begins to tell him about the panchayat matter, when MS approaches. Seeing him, the women panic. Radha tells Shyam to meet her at the temple the next day and drops the phone. MS comes there and yells at her for calling Shyam. He yanks the phone off the wall and throws it away in anger. Shyam wonders what the matter is.
In the morning, Jagya leaves to school without eating anything. Sumitra brings Maasa tea, but Maasa shoves it away. She asks Suguna to make tea for her. Sumitra looks on not sure what to do. Gehna nods at her to stay strong. Bhago finishes all the house chores in the morning and helps Khajan get ready. Khajan's kurta is torn and Bhago mends it. Anandi remembers how Sumitra had thrown out Bhairav's kurta since it was torn and feels bad.
At school Jagya sits at his desk sadly. Sunder comes there. Jagya yells at him for running away. Sunder convinces Jagya that he did it so that Jagya would not get scolded for being with him. Jagya blurts out about being angry with his family. Sunder takes advantage of this and supports Jagya. He shows Jagya some magazine with racy women photos. Jagya is disgusted. The bell rings and all students come in. Sunder hurriedly stuffs the magazine in Jagya's bag.
Radha meets Shyam at the temple and tells him abt MS and RS's plan to include Mahavir in the panchayat. She asks Shyam to do something about it..
Precap : Anandi comes with food for Bhago. Just as Bhago begins to eat, the supervisor yells at Bhago for being lazy and to get back to work, else she will get fired....
