She has been chosen as a brand ambassador of a famous jewellery brand Nakshatra and the campaign was titled GODDESS OF LUCK,'' said a source. Goddess of Luck the name is Katrina indeed because not only is she lucky for herself but also rubbed on others. ''Filmmakers who have cast Katrina in the lead, their films have made huge profits. The companies who have signed her as their brand ambassador, their sales have been on rise. Doesn't this make her the Goddess of Luck literally,'' said a source from the ad world.

i dont think that before any bollywood actress have been offered this endorsment!

Though the empashis on fairness cream endorsements not just in india but around the world is a little too much.

Anyways kudos to Katrina, she's doing well for herself! :)

But I do agree with you, in a country specially like India with such a unique variety of races. The emphasis on fairness creams shouldn't be so much.
