Fire on the sets of Fool and Final

A major fire broke out on the sets of Ahmed Khan's Fool and Final. The film starring Sunny Deol and Shahid Kapur was being shot at Helipad in Film City. The fire apparently started out because of an electrical short circuit and the estimated loss was expected to be of over Rs. 1 crore. There were no casualties but the set was not insured so the producer would have to pay for the damages himself. The film is produced by Firoz Nadiadwala and its unit was supposed to leave for Muscat after this schedule but now their plans will have to be postponed.

It may be recalled that last year Sanjay Leela Bansali's Black also met with a similar incident when a fire broke out on its sets and a loss of Rs. 3 crore was incurred.
