Hi there!

Go to your dashboard(it's to the top most right corner) and select settings.You'll see an option to upload your photo to your left side.You can select a picture of your choice saved in your pc.

To select the avatar to be displayed on forums when you're online go to settings-preferences scroll down till you see an option called avatar link.Upload an image of your choice on tinypic or photobucket and copy and paste the direct link in the blank provided.
