Strong feeling abt arohi's rejection

Ok... There are two possible reasons for arohi said no. One is dk and the other one is karan.. One of them is blackmailing arohi. I think that its Karan...Remember he cannot accept a no. He probably said to arohi, "if u marry arjun, I will kill him or may be one of her family members... Then, arjun starts to hate arohi again, but when he finds out the truth, he couldn't handle it and kills karan and results up being in jail...
