After penning down scripts for popular shows such as Yes Boss, Hera Pheri and Mohalla Mohabbat Walla, screenplay writers Sameer Patel and Manoj Santoshi are back once again! The duo work in unison and are coming up with 'Yeh Chanda Kanoon Hai' on SAB Sony.

The concept of the show is first of its kind, where they will show a court room comedy with veteran actors like Tiku Talsania, Asif Sheikh and Juhi Parmar. It's an out and out comedy that deals with a different case in each episode and leaves the audience with a thought and message in a light comic way. The duo is also working on UTV's Aage Se Right and Ghar– Oundha for AB Corp

Juhi Parmar, Shweta Kwatra, Kavita Kaushik, Varun Badola and Jaspal Bhatti all together… sounds too good to be true? Not really as SAB, India's only family comedy entertainment channel is set to bring all of them together from 3rd of August every Monday to Thursday 10 PM.

Yeh Chanda Kanoon Hai- India's first courtroom comedy with television's most loved actress Juhi Parmar as Chanda Rani along with Tiku Talsania and Asif Sheikh. The series is a mix of drama, relationship and humour to keep the audiences engaged throughout. It's hilarious to see cupid hitting arrows in all the wrong directions, in an apparently serious courtroom set-up. Yeh Chanda Kanoon Hai has tons of laughter and drama 'encased' together.

Commenting on this, Anooj Kapoor, Business Head, SAB stated, "With these new shows SAB will have some of the biggest names in comedy on Indian Television. We are committed to give our audiences different flavours and genres of comedies with every new launch and are happy with the way they are appreciating our efforts."

Yeh Chanda Kanoon Hain, Wednesdays at 10 pm on Sab TV

Set in a courtroom, this is a unique show, because it is a comedy. Juhi Parmar will play a lawyer called Chanda Rani, alongside her Office Office co-star, Asif Sheikh.

What's good: There is good comic timing, and it is amazing to see Juhi Parmar do comedy well. Her chemistry with Asif Shekih is good.

What's bad: The script should be revised so that the concept isn't exaggerated because this might affect TRPs.
