She is not Meera - Meera is enacted by Vaishnavi an actress from the South. Unbelievably, Vaishnavi herself is only 28 years old. What a Kismet - she is playing mother to a girl just 10 years younger than her. I'm sure Kanchi is bigger than 18 years.

Coming back to the picture, she is Trupti in Ek Ladki Anjani Si. I think that's the doctor's role who mistakenly inseminates Anu.
