New Balaji Telefilms soap to launch on Sony TV

Sony Entertainment Television Asia will be launching a new Balaji Telefilms soap in the coming weeks, it's been confirmed.

It's been a year since 'Kuchh Is Tara' also produced by Ekta Kapoor's production house was axed by the channel. The new show is likely to be called 'Bali Umar Ko Salaam' but this has not yet been confirmed.

According to TellyChakkar, the plot revolves around the lives of three sisters. All these girls will be fresh faces and so will the male lead. It will launch in the first week of September and air at 22:00.

Indian television's popular vamp Urvashi Dholakia will be starring in the show as well as cricketer-turned-actor Salil Ankola.

thnx this was supposed to air instead of KMH earlier on NDTV imagine.. had seen promos pre tellyworld hadtal.. it was supposed to b a teenage luv story...didnt knew it was BT product as well, but its gud that it turned out to be KMH instead of this...
